At The_hairbylola, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect every wig before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards

Refund policy
All sales are final. The_hairbylola does not offer cash refunds once payment has been made.
Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable if the specific hair ordered becomes unavailable and cannot be sourced or restocked within a reasonable timeframe. In this rare instance, approved refunds will be processed strictly to the original account used for payment.

Exchange policy
We accept returns and exchange only in cases where:

• You receive the wrong order, or
• You receive a defective item.

Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your wig. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.
Custom-made wigs are not eligible for refund or exchanges.

To qualify for an exchange , the wig must be:

• In the exact condition it was delivered
• Unworn, unaltered, and untampered with
• Returned with original packaging intact
• ⁠returned within 24-48 hours (within Lagos), 2-4 days (outside Lagos) 5-7 days (outside Nigeria)

Once the returned wig is received and inspected, we would notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
If approved, we will:

• Provide a replacement of the wig

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personal choice, or improper handling after delivery.
